About this beer
German pilsner malt. American wheat, British ale yeast and a very heavy whirlpool of Pacific Northwest grown Amarillo and Azacca hops.
On tap at Forever Brewing
574 President St, Brooklyn, NY · Opens at 10am
What it tastes like
- Aroma
- Orange and apricot from the Amarillo, with Azacca's mango and papaya sitting underneath.
- Taste
- Juicy citrus and tropical fruit over a light pilsner-malt base, with the wheat keeping it soft rather than sharp.
- Mouthfeel
- The American wheat gives it a rounder, slightly hazy-feeling body for a pale ale.
- Finish
- Low on bitterness, so the fruit lingers longer than the hop bite does.
